Day 304

Day 304 - This ornament came from Destin when we visited recently.

Day 303

Monday Day 303 -  These were ornaments for a tiny tree Hannah once had in her room.  I think I might display them in a glass vase for the mantle.

Day 302

Sunday Day 302 - Well the Christmas Tree is up and the ornaments are out (well, almost all of them).  I probably have over 100 ornaments and it literally takes me a couple of hours to get them out of their original boxes and up on the tree.  It's time consuming but I love reminiscing over each one.  I can tell you where each one came from and most of the time, who gave it to me.  I also collect ornaments from where we vacation.  This moose came from Park City, Utah.

Day 301

Saturday Day 301 - Today was the baby shower for Dustin and Jenny.  I will have to admit that the cupcakes from Kate's Kreations were way better than Sam's.  But I'm a chocoholic so odds were against Sam from the beginning!

Day 300

Friday Day 300 - Tomorrow is Dustin and Jenny's Baby Shower.  This is a cake Celeste ordered from Sam's.  Look's good...let's hope it taste even better.

Day 299

Thursday, Day 299 - It's Thanksgiving and I needed a family photo for my Christmas Card....I will def need to crop this one but it should turn out great in the card.  Be sure to look for an upcoming Christmas Card on my blog.

Day 298

Wednesday, Day 298 - You know it's almost Thanksgiving when the pumpkin pie's are being made!

Day 297

A pair of Cardinals stopped by for a visit today.  They were close enough for a nice shot but too close for me to open the slider to get a really clear photo.

Day 296

Day 296 - Wanna know what the temp is on this fine November 22 day?  Here's the photo to prove that it was in the 70's!

Day 295

Sunday Day 295 - Lately, Tim and I have enjoyed relaxing at the outdoor patios with the fire pits the resturants have to offer on Main Street in St. Charles.  They now have their lights up for the holiday.  This was taken with my cell phone.

Day 294

Saturday Day 294 - Today on my way into Illinois, the fog was so thick you could barely see the bridge!  This was taken with my cell phone.

Day 293

Friday Day 293 - The firewood was delivered last night.  Now we are ready for the cold!

Day 292

Thursday Day 292 - Tonight I thought I would try and make Cioppini.  We see this recipe on the Food Network channel quite often.  I wasn't impressed but maybe it was just the recipe I used.  That and the fact that I didn't splurge and buy lobster!  It was an okay dish.  I think I'll leave it to the restaurants and splurge there next time!

Day 291

Wednesday Day 291 - I'm sure this photo has you wondering what the heck is going on in the Muse house!  Well, you would need to ask Tucker about this one.  I can only imagine that he really, really wanted the chilled water as opposed to the tepid water in his own bowl.

Day 290

Tuesday Day 290 - Anyone want to come by and pick up all the leaves in my yard?

Day 289

Monday Day 289 - Coloring is part of my job.....well, sort of.  Not the kind of coloring I remember as a child anyway.

Day 288

Sunday Day 288 - The Columnar tree in the front of the house is finally showing it's fall coloring.

Day 287

Saturday Day 287 - Who would have guessed we would still have dandelions in our yard in NOVEMBER! Would have never guessed the little bee on the dandelion would still be out and about either! (I had not idea he was there when I took the shot.)

Day 286

Friday Day 286 - I'm getting desperate on photo shots for my Project 365.  Any clue?  If you guessed carpet, you are correct.  I'll try to do better tomorrow!

Day 285

Day 285 - The Bradford Pear trees have finally changed their color.  This one is in the backyard of a neighbors house.

Day 284

Wednesday Day 284 - This guy was pretty cute.  Not sure what he is but he didn't fly away on me!

Day 283

Tuesday - Day 283 - Dierbergs has the best Cinnamon Bread.  I try not to indulge too often, but cinnamon is almost as high on the craving chart as chocolate!

Day 282

Monday Day 282 - Back to reality!  Tim bought me a new feeder while I was gone this past weekend.  Today a strawberry finch came by to feed.  I only wish I could get closer without the birds seeing me through the back door.

Day 281

Sunday Day 281 - This group shot was taken again last night at dinner.  This time we ate at Bone Fish, another great restaurant.  We've added Jenny's mom, Theresa, to the group.  So glad she could join us!

Day 280

Saturday Day 280 - This was actually taken last night before dinner at Bravo's, an awesome Italian restaurant.  In case you don't know who these people are, from left to right, there is my mom, my sis-in-law Jenny, my niece Samantha, my sis Celeste, my sis-in-law Mary and my sis-in-law Julie.

Day 279

Friday, Day 279 - This is sleepy Maverick, Dustin and Jenny's pup.  He wasn't happy that we kept wisking her off to shop.

Day 278

Thursday Day 278 - I've fallen way behind on my posts!  It's heck trying to play catch up when you go out of town.  Today was a hectic day so it's just easy to take a pic of the pets when I get in a bind!

Day 277

I can't remember if I posted a similar photo of the "To Die For Blueberry Muffins".  And yes, that is the name of the recipe and they are "to die for"!!!  Well, it's worth posting again if I did.  I will never purchase the box mix again.  YUMM-O!  My photo came out darker than I had hoped.

Day 276

This bed isn't quite big enough for the both of them, especially now that Tucker is just as big as Kolby.  Tucker managed to squeeze on there though.

Day 275

Monday Day 275 - We had a pretty good turnout on Halloween.  This is all that remains.  I'm guessing this will be gone before the weekend arrives!
